In 2012, I founded my non-profit, Building Economic Stability Together (B.E.S.T), where I partner with sister organizations and donate funds or my services in photography, marketing training, and event spokesmanship to help women empowerment organizations raise money for their missions. With a B.A. in Business Administration and over 12 years of experience, I have crafted unique marketing strategies that drive significant success for faith-based entrepreneurs and non-profit executives.

In 2021, I transitioned into coaching by creating my faith-based firm, Cry But Don’t Quit Success Coaching LLC, to offer accountability and support to clients who want to build equitable relationships and enhance their personal or corporate image. I offer various coaching programs, including one-on-one sessions, monthly retainers, eCourses, and custom VIP packages, drawing on my expertise as a national sales leader in the banking and financial services industry, executive image consultant, lifestyle photographer, self-published author, non-profit leader, faith-based entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and talk show host.

My dream client is a non-profit executive who seeks assistance in marketing themselves and their mission and who gives me the autonomy to do what’s needed. This includes strategic lifestyle photoshoots, compelling communications for marketing materials (websites, brochures, tag-lines, and social media), leadership training, and a flagship annual fundraiser designed to eventually raise millions for their initiative.
